Content Removal & Investigations
Investigations for sites that ignore takedown notices
Currently accepting a limited number of new matters
An unanswered notice may leave the real hosting provider or operator’s wider network unclear. Our research identifies relevant infrastructure and relationships so the next administrative submission can be directed with supporting evidence.
When further research is appropriate
This work is for rights holders and their representatives facing offshore hosting, sites behind CDN or proxy services, connected mirror domains, paid file hosts, or persistent reuploads. A dedicated case manager reviews the findings and controls the correspondence.
What to provide
Share a short chronology, up to three example URLs, and whether notices have already been sent or answered. Identify the rights holder and your role. We arrange any additional evidence exchange after initial review; do not send credentials or original intimate material through the inquiry form.
What we investigate
We examine the real hosting and upstream providers behind a site, relationships between domains in a mirror network, registrars and DNS, and monetization and payment paths. The work describes relevant connections and their evidentiary limits. We do not publish operational methods or assume that a shared service proves common ownership.
From findings to escalation
After rights verification and written authorization, we use supported findings to prepare submissions to relevant providers and other appropriate recipients. Escalation follows the documented infrastructure and payment chain. We record what was submitted, to whom, and what response was received.
Escalation beyond the website.
When a site ignores takedown notices and profits from our client's content, we escalate. With the rights holder's written authorization, we prepare evidence packages and submit them to U.S. federal authorities, including the FBI and the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center, and to the card networks that process the operator's payments.
A documented report
You receive a report setting out the scope, relevant URLs and relationships, supporting observations, submissions, responses, and open questions — the record your case manager uses to drive each next step.
How to begin
- Describe the unresponsive sites and earlier attempts to resolve the matter.
- Agree on the research questions, scope, and fees.
- Complete rights verification and written authorization for the agreed submissions.
- Receive a documented report and review supported next steps with your case manager.
Fees are set after a confidential review of the matter.
An inquiry is not an engagement or written authorization to act.
Questions about this service
Can you research a site behind a CDN?
Yes. We can examine the relevant hosting and upstream relationships. The available evidence may not resolve every infrastructure question.
Does a shared host prove sites have the same owner?
No. We distinguish observed infrastructure links from conclusions about control or ownership and identify uncertainty in the report.
Will you contact federal authorities?
Yes. With the rights holder’s written authorization, escalation includes evidence submissions to the FBI and the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center, prepared to the standards those channels expect.
Does a submission mean a site will be seized?
No. We cannot direct government action or promise an enforcement outcome. We are a private administrative services company.
What will I receive?
A documented report of the agreed research, supporting findings, submissions and responses, and remaining gaps. The report separates observations from inferences.
