What happens next

A case manager reviews your inquiry in light of the matter and current capacity. If we can consider an engagement, we discuss scope, fees, rights verification, and written authorization before work begins. We do not promise a response date, acceptance, removal, or a completion time.

Questions before you submit

Do I need to share example links now?

No. A brief description is enough to begin. You can provide links later in private correspondence.

Does submitting this form authorize notices?

No. Rights verification, a written service agreement, and written authorization are required before we act on your behalf.

Will you accept my matter?

Acceptance depends on the matter, the proposed scope, and available capacity. An inquiry does not reserve capacity or create an engagement.

What if the form does not work?

Your entries remain available after a submission error. You can try again or email request@cleargateservices.com. A success message appears only after the server confirms that the inquiry has been saved.

Privacy for inquiries

Cleargate Services LLC uses the information you submit to review the matter, respond, and maintain a record of the inquiry. Communications are treated as confidential, subject to legal and operational requirements; they are not protected by an attorney-client relationship.

Inquiry records are stored using Cloudflare D1. Notifications containing your inquiry are sent through Fastmail to our designated recipient. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information to operate the service, review the matter, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

The form stores a salted hash of your IP address for abuse prevention, not the raw IP address. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and other technical data to deliver and protect the site. The application does not log form contents. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics. If present, normalized campaign labels and the referring practice page are saved with the inquiry; do not put personal details in campaign links.

We retain inquiry information only as reasonably necessary for review, communications, security, and business or legal recordkeeping. For privacy questions or a request concerning your information, contact privacy@cleargateservices.com. Please avoid sending additional sensitive evidence until we arrange an appropriate exchange.
