We treat communications as confidential, subject to legal and operational requirements. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Cleargate Services assists clients in preparing, organizing, and submitting formal communications to US-based platforms, institutions, and service providers. We manage the administrative and operational work that most clients find time-consuming, unfamiliar, or difficult to navigate on their own.
When a process permits third-party assistance, and with the client's written authorization, we may prepare and submit administrative requests, platform reports, agency complaints, and related non-court communications on the client's behalf.
A properly structured submission — prepared with attention to the correct format, the right recipient, and the appropriate supporting documentation — can make a request easier for the recipient to review than an informal message.
When a matter requires legal representation, we refer clients to licensed attorneys of their choosing. We do not provide legal advice and we are not a law firm.
Preparing and submitting structured communications to platforms, institutions, and service providers — ensuring correct format, proper documentation, and appropriate routing.
Practical orientation through administrative processes and institutional frameworks that may be unfamiliar to those engaging US-based organizations.
End-to-end coordination of multi-step administrative processes — tracking submissions, managing follow-ups, and maintaining a documented record of all actions taken.
Bridging the gap between foreign stakeholders and US-based counterparties, with attention to tone, format, and established communication norms.
Our clients generally fall into two categories.
First, domestic clients — US citizens and residents — who face situations where a structured, well-documented submission is needed but the path forward is unclear. Knowing what outcome you want is one thing; knowing how to properly present and route a formal request through the correct channels is another.
Second, individuals and businesses outside the United States who find themselves needing to engage US-based platforms, service providers, or institutions. They value having an established American point of contact — one that understands the administrative landscape and can manage the process on their behalf.
In both cases, our work focuses on matters that require persistence, documentation, and follow-through — where informal requests have gone unanswered and a more organized approach is needed.
Every engagement begins with a confidential intake. We review the facts, help clients understand how the relevant U.S. administrative or platform process is commonly structured, identify appropriate non-legal submission channels, and organize the materials needed for a clear, properly routed request.
Once retained, we coordinate the process through the available administrative channels. All decisions remain guided by the client's objectives as established at the outset of the engagement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as responses from third parties are ultimately outside our control.
